Week 1 - Functions, Env Diagrams

Week 1 Covered a lot of basic stuff that I was familiar with, I made some notes, especially about designing functions and functional abstraction. Something that's mentioned a lot, but it doesn't hurt to get reminded about it now and then.

I've no notes about Control, since it deals with using control structures that I've already used quite extensively.

Lab 1 and HW 1 have basic programming questions, to get students acquainted with Python.
